How did 2010 treat you? Did you get everything you wanted from it?
2010 for me was a year of waiting learning what I could making the most of what obstacles life through in my way, but too be honest I failed I didn’t make the most of the start of the year.. time where I should of been looking for job or learning about something that would better my photography… I should of stayed away from Facebook the demon time God many of us worship…
SO now 2011 is here I have learnt that Facebook is zapping my time away, I have learnt that I need to keep busy I need to get more involved in the community, shoot more, meet more people, meet more photographers, learn from them.

This makes me think of something that one of my teachers used to tell me, “Sky’s the limit.” and lets face, its true, if you can think it, you can create it. It might take a lot of work but who cares if you love doing something.
This year my blog, this blog got viewed 18,000 times by you guys, and I don’t think that anyone would have got anything from it? This year, when I see something interesting, I am going to share it. When I get inspired, I am going to share it. You might get something but chance are I will take my own advice and learn from what I put up here.
So heres to another better year, A year of change, a time to prosper. be your best, skys the limit, and diamonds start as coal.

Wow… Sean, what a difference in blog entries… This one is much clearer, well thought out and really gives a better sense of purpose to the reader. Well done and keep it up!
Amen on Facebook. Its not an accident I am not on there. Yes, perhaps I am missing a few photo opps by not being there, but I really feel I am more productive in other areas, and these far outweigh those missed FB shoots.
You have a page, go ahead and keep it, just come up with a solid method to limit your time on it.
Getting out and meeting others is something I wish I could do more of. I really would like to meet other local photographers. I cant believe that Temecula does not have a photography club. Yes, I have thought of starting one.
All in all, keep up the effort, this first blog entry for the year clearly shows it’s paying off.
(And I am so inspired by what you said that I am going to get my blog going again… what theme is is one, I really like it?)
